Kid OOTD: J.Crew's Crewcuts In Action

The Kid finally got her purple room for her recent birthday and here is a picture of her first purple room OOTD. I love that this room goes from a lavender/lilac-y color to almost pink, depending on the light source. More pics of the room later. For the outfit, we based it around this cute little pillowcase dress/top that I picked up at a local festival.

I love that this outfit is still super girly without being heavy on the pink. I love black and white clothes on little kids and especially love the idea of mixing stripes and polka dots. Although it is hard to tell in this photo, the accessories are almost more salmon or peach colored than pink. Not that there is anything wrong with pink.
