I went to Costco, thinking that FOUR pounds of plums was a great idea. Now two weeks later, we have only eaten 3 plums and now we are about a week away from having a new version of wildlife in the back of the fridge. Fortunately, I have found that roasting, stewing or making soup out of something can rescue it immensely.
