House #2:
I love how real estate photos sometimes look very little like the real thing. This house while lovely, had a bit of a downsloping front and back yard, which is not on our desired list, but that didn't keep me from falling in lust with the inside of the home. Shocking how flat the terrain seems, huh?
Yummy! Not as much counter space as I would love, but I really like the finishes and we could always add an island later. There is a breakfast nook, too.
Formal dining room, with doors to the deck.
Master bedroom with an unfortunately teenier than expected master bath. Great space, though.
Backyard with the playhouse/gym that stays. The best part of this house was that it had FIVE bedrooms (1 more than we need, but who's counting?) and tons of extra living space upstairs from addition and it had a large unfinished basement. And it is absolutely turnkey and wouldn't need any cosmetic upgrades. It was right in our price range, too, with great schools. Unfortunately, still not looking for a little while longer but it sure is fun though!

Loooove that kitchen; I immediately thought about adding an island. THe colors in the house are awesome, and the rooms look very large! I have learned too though that professional photos can really skew the true proportions of how things are (which is why I might ask Cyndy & Paul Meyer to photo our home for listing!)
That is my dream kitchen! What a gorgeous home. I want it!!
