Unfortunately, we aren't looking to start buying for another 6 months to a year, so I am guessing that this place will be long gone by then. The price is UNBELIEVABLE for the neighborhood Nashville and with a really good elementary school and it feeds into the best of the non-magnet high schools. It is listed as a short sale, so I am sure they have fallen victim to the poor economic situation. So pretty. Such wrong timing. Sigh...

I want this house

Nice! If you're like me, you'll go see it anyway and then obsess over it on a regular basis until it's gone. I love house stalking.

We totally weren't ready to buy our house when we did (7 or 8 months left on our lease), but we fell in love and managed to make the budget work.
