Toddler OOTD: Bright Tights

This is how you stretch your kid's clothing budget (at least for girls).  One of the wonderful things I love is that the dress that she wore when she was 24 months becomes a tunic when worn with leggings or tights at 3 1/2. I do the same with leggings and turn them into capris the next year. Example below.
