I first heard about this family-style dining option in college when from friends from church took us there for their famous Sunday lunch. It tends to be the place where I will take out of town guests when they are visiting. For all the Yankees out there, it may be a bit of an unusual way of eating. You get seated at a large table with often two or three other parties...

My husband was out of town this past weekend and we celebrated his return by going to their Weekend Country Breakfast. Pancakes, cheese grits, fried potatoes, bacon, sausage, and more. All the things that put money into a cardiologist's pocket. Totally worth the calorie splurge!
