My perfect dinner

This is an old post from weeks ago that somehow never got published. Still good after all this time.

I said hello, you fool, I love you...


First of the summer tomatoes with some fresh mozzarella
(Drizzle with aged balsamic and sea salt and cracked pepper)

Fresh asparagus, broccoli and green beans, ready for blanching

Add a glass of Chenin Blanc or Pinot Grigio and you have a meal. Word.
