Appetizers:Black Bean Salsa, Guacamole
Black Bean Salsa = Easiest recipe ever
(1 can of Ro-Tel, 1 can of black beans, 1 can of corn, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 2 Tbsp lime juice; add salt, pepper, ground cumin and chili powder to taste)
Main Dishes: Burgers, Hot Dogs, Baby Back Ribs
Burger with Vidalia Onions, Bitter Greens, Heirloom Tomatoes and Monterey Jack Cheese
Sides: Macaroni and Cheese, Four Bean Baked Beans, Grilled Corn

I made up and now make for pretty much every cookout

Desserts: Flag Cake, Berry Cobbler with fresh whipped cream and ice cream

(I did 4 cups of blackberries, 1 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of raspberries)
BTW, the complete silence as dessert was served with fresh whipped cream was definitely a good sign. There may have been some moaning involved.
Drinks: Pomegranate Sparklers, Red Stripe Beer, Costco Beer (seriously, it's good!), Wine
Equal parts pomegranate juice and sparkling water. Garnish with a lime. And maybe a little something extra, if you know what I mean.
