Do the Pfunky Griddle...

I love finding quirky little restaurants like the Pfunky Griddle in Nashville's Berry Hill neighborhood.  They are a restaurant whose specialty is made to order pancakes. The catch being that you make the pancakes yourself. This is a perfect place for families and taking out of towners, when you don't feel like waiting for an hour for a table at my beloved Pancake Pantry.

They bring you both traditional batter and buckwheat pancake batter and you order whatever toppings you want.

Not surprisingly, the Kid wanted M&Ms...
