I love my CrockPot. Seriously is one of the most useful tools that we own (essential for the multitasker in us all). Unfortunately, it only gets used for one of 3 things in our house - ribs, meatballs or baked beans. Here was what we had for lunch one day this weekend. You toss it in after lunch and you will have super tender, fall off the bone deliciousness (at least if you are a carnivore like me).
Baby Back Ribs
- 2 slabs of baby back pork spareribs, cut into 2 rib sections
- 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce (we used Famous Dave's, but whatever you have on hand will do)
- 1 onion, peeled and cut into eighths
- 1 bulb of garlic, with all of the cloves peeled
Eat.
Yum.
